Application Fee
An application fee of MRU 75, 000 shall be charged to every new applicant.
Further issues of securities
A fee of MRU 50, 000 shall be charged in respect of every application for the admission of further DEM securities (where applicable) under rule 25.

Foreign Investment Companies, Foreign Unit Trusts, Offshore Companies, Offshore Trusts or Other Types of Funds
1. In the case of a foreign investment company, a foreign unit trust, an offshore company, an offshore trust or any other type of fund, an initial listing fee of US $ 1,000 and an annual fee of US $ 1,000 is applicable.
2. In the case of a “multi-class fund” or an “umbrella fund”, (a collective investment scheme which is divided into a number of subfunds), the following will apply in respect of the initial and annual listing fees payable:
