Amalgamation of Swan Securities Ltd and Capital Market Brokers Ltd
Swan CMB Securities Ltd (formerly Swan Securities Ltd, “SSL”) and Capital Markets Brokers Ltd (“CMB”) complete the amalgamation of CMB with and into SSL. SSL is the surviving entity and continues in existence under the name ‘Swan CMB Securities Ltd’ (“SCSL”).
