It has been brought to the attention of the SEM and the CDS, that a fake CDS Statement of Account has been generated with false and misleading information for a potential fraudulent purpose.

Clients should immediately contact their investment dealers or custodian banks if they have any suspicion about any CDS Statement of Account.
