Ascencia, the leading retail property fund established in 2008 in Mauritius, owns seven shopping malls on the island. These include Bagatelle Mall (centre), Phoenix Mall (centre), Riche Terre Mall (North), Bo’Valon Mall (south-east), So’flo (centre), Kendra (centre) and Les Allées (centre). The seven malls collectively house more than 500 shops and 7 anchor supermarkets.
