United Docks Ltd is a leading real estate owner, property developer, and asset management group, holding the largest portfolio of private freehold land in the capital city of Port Louis, Mauritius. The Group is listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and has an asset base valued at MUR 8.0 billion (approximately US$178 million).

United Docks owns 50,000 sqm of completed income-generating assets, primarily comprising office spaces, warehousing facilities, and conferencing venues. These assets are leased to over 80 tenants, including listed multinational conglomerates and international institutions originating from 14 different countries.

The Docks Ebène, a 65,000 sqm smart city project, is currently under construction and is designed to support modern urban lifestyles by integrating workspaces, living, mobility, and lifestyle amenities.

United Docks is also the pioneer and market leader in Park & Ride services in Mauritius, operating approximately 1,000 parking bays and serving over 1,000 active users and subscribers. Overall, the Group services more than 4,000 professionals daily, including tenants, visitors, and parking users.

Looking ahead, United Docks is rapidly expanding its footprint, with a development pipeline of approximately 200,000 sqm planned over the next five years, strategically located near the key business districts of Port Louis, Ebène, and Telfair.
